Adult Swimming Lessons

It's Never Too Late!

It's never too late to learn to swim or improve your skills! At Catch the Wave Swim Club, our adult swimming lessons are designed for individuals 18 and older of all abilities, from absolute beginners to those looking to refine their technique. Enjoy a private lesson setting during our less busy times, allowing you to learn and practice in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our experienced instructors will work with you one-on-one, tailoring the lessons to your specific goals and progressing at your own pace.

What We Do

Our adult swimming lessons are all about helping you achieve your personal swimming goals, whatever they may be. Here's what you can expect:

  • Personalized Instruction: Your instructor will work with you to create a lesson plan that focuses on the skills you want to learn or improve.
     

  • Private Lesson Setting: Lessons take place during quieter times at the pool, providing a more private and comfortable learning environment. You will get the individualized attention you deserve.
     

  • Learn at Your Own Pace: Whether you're starting from scratch or building on existing skills, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
     

  • Focus on Your Goals: Want to learn to float, master a specific stroke, increase your endurance, or simply feel more confident in the water? We'll help you get there!
     

  • Build Water Confidence: Our lessons are designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and in control in the water.
     

  • Experienced Instructors: Our patient and knowledgeable instructors are skilled at teaching adults of all levels and have a knack for breaking down skills into manageable steps.
     

  • Free Open Swim Access: To help you practice and make even faster progress, all adult lesson participants enrolled in a monthly plan receive free access to our open swim times. Take advantage of this valuable perk to solidify your skills and enjoy the water on your own terms!
